Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING FEES & COUNTRIES
Azman Perfumes offers worldwide shipping. At  the moment free shipping is provided on a full 55ml bottle. A Flat Rate of AED 20 will be applied for the UAE on purchase of sampler. Outside the UAE, the Delivery Fees will be calculated during checkout depending on the country and location for sampler.

TRACKING
Express shipping option includes tracking. Please look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your package. Orders placed late on Fridays, Holidays or during the Weekend, will be processed by the next business day.

Delivery for all orders placed within the UAE will take 1-2 business days.  
For International Orders, delivery may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on the country you are placing your order from.

POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all our orders. On rare occasions however, packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

DUTIES & TAXES
Please note, all international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes, payable by the receiver. The limits for duty-free packages are regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
 
PAYMENTS
All payments on Azman Perfumes will be made in UAE Dirhams (AED). 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
The multiple bookings / orders / shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us for reason such as wrong address, we will refund you the cost of the item but not the shipping cost.
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Please note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to return goods does not apply to goods made to your specification, or which have been clearly personalized, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment mode used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
